Save our Bee pollinators: Mixed fruit orchards to be planted by DCsforBees

Positive bee pollinator initiative from the DCs for Bees initiative.

As over 1/3 of our global food supply relies on our friendly bee pollinators – initiatives such as this ensure that each year as our bees emerge from winter there is an early, nutritious food source.

DCsforBees ‘Orchards in the Community’ Initiative returns

When we started again this year, we set out to plant 2000 mixed fruit orchards
across Ireland. Thanks to our friends, family and volunteers in the #digital
infrastructure industry and all their hard work, we are nearly at 3000 pledges for the year. What an achievement!

#DCsforBees ‘Orchards in the Community’ Initiative is back providing early food
sources for our pollinator-friendly friends ?

We are delighted to participate again with Host in Ireland and this fantastic initiative which will help improve our bee friends’ health and improve pollination.

Did you know that looking after our bee friends is one of the most important
sustainability actions we can take? ? These fantastic but powerful little insects help plants, fruit and vegetables grow and are a huge part of the bio-diversity we all depend on.

This year Suir Engineering again took part in the #DCsforbees ‘Orchards in the
Community Initiative with @Host in Ireland. To help protect the bees and increase pollination we set out to plant 2000 mixed fruit orchards, helping to provide an early food source for our struggling bees.

We are delighted that thanks to friends, family and all the hard work of the
#digitalinfrastructure industry we are close to planting 300 this year. Well done to everyone involved
