“I would urge anyone who hasn’t yet donated to visit the iDonate.ie website and give to this very worthy charity. Congratulations and thanks to all the cyclists who took part on the day. We look forward to returning to Éire ÓG next year.”

Karen O’Sullivan, Marketing and Development Manager at Cork ARC, said: “We provide our services free of charge and rely almost entirely on support from the community and local businesses. Events like the ‘Version 1 Cycle’ allow us to grow and continue these services so we are very grateful to them for choosing to support us. We are looking forward to making this bigger and better each year.”
One of the participants, Pat Ryan from Over the Hill Cycling Club, said: “Well done to Version 1 for organising the cycle today in aid of ARC House – a great cause and delighted to support it.
